Mindfulness For Grief and Loss Group
Your grief is unique.
No one will respond to the loss of a loved one in exactly the same way. While some of your grief experiences are similar to those of others, yours will be shaped by the unique circumstances of your life.
Without proper support, navigating the icy waters of grief may feel impossible. Mindfulness meditation can restore hope by offering a compassionate safe haven for healing and self-reflection. This group will guide you through the grieving process with simple mindfulness-based exercises to restore mind, body, and spirit, which will help you to cope with the pain of loss, and embark on a healing journey. Each week will focus on a different aspect of grief, and you will learn how to use mindfulness techniques to:

Each group session is facilitated by a trained professional.
Our next group will begin Thursday, March 30th, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Group sessions run once a week for 6 weeks.
