Journey Through Loss Support Group
Grief and loss is experienced when we lose something or someone of importance in our lives.
While we commonly associate grief with the loss of a loved one, the recent wildfire and evacuation has brought us face to face with other significant losses, such as our homes, cherished belongings, pets, friends, neighbours, and a sense of community connection. Your grief is unique and grieving
is a process. We are here to support you. Join us in a group environment where our experienced
and compassionate counsellors will support you in working through the rollercoaster of emotions
that sometimes comes with grief and loss, and to feel a sense of connection with community
members who have gone through similar losses.
Group sessions run once a week for six weeks. Please call our office at (780) 791-1757 for the dates of our next upcoming group or for more information.
